TDawg Presents is excited to announce the return of one of the most fantastic and dynamic bands out there nowadays, THE RAGBIRDS! They will be coming back to the intimate confines of The Red Light Cafe for what promises to be an amazing EARLY night of music!
The Ragbirds draw upon elements of Pop, Rock, Gypsy, Afro-Cuban, Celtic, Middle Eastern and African sounds, with a little Cajun spice in their music. Led by multi-instrumentalist Erin Zindle, this band can intertwine so many styles of music into a perfect flow that grabs and holds onto you. Also featuring her brother T. J. Zindle on the guitar and husband Randall Moore on percussion, one can truly feel that family connection. Below is a video of The Ragbirds performing on Music City Roots in Nashville back in 2012. Music starts at 7:20PM with Battlefield Collective, followed by songwriter duo Shawn Spencer & Colin Vinson (from Seven Handle Circus) at 8PM, and The Ragbirds come on stage at 9PM – early night folks, so get a babyisitter if you have to and come on! Truly a special evening of music and well worth the experience.
